I don’t know if you realised this from reading our blog but we do bum Daft Punk quite a bit. For the most part it’s usually my partner in crime posting a lot of the Daft Punk stuff but I stumbled across this and thought it was too cool to miss. Given that this one took so long to make I am curious how they made the real one that Guy Manuel de Homem-Christo wears. You’ve got to give this guy props though for his dedication to his creation. Yo… So Floating Points has been tearing it up for the start of 2009 with his version of Love Me Like This so I thought I’d enlighten those of you not familiar with the Reel To Reel original as a bit of a homage. Loads of people quite rightly loving the new version but Mr Leon F. Sylvers III deserves some props for that bassline and the original production!
