Here at The Book of Freak we’re a bit laissez-faire when it comes to managing the site and trying to get people involved so we thought maybe it was worth pointing out some ways to interact with us if you like the content or you are a fan of the site in general.

Muchas Gracias amigos…

It wasn’t long ago that we posted a video from OK Go, the excellent, This Too Shall Pass. Seems the label they were with harmed their viral marketing by blocking the video from the usual social outlets, which given that the band garnered their success from You Tube, didn’t make a lot of sense.

Anyways… They have now launched their own record label and their new video is going completely social via Facebook and You Tube.

Being as that I enjoy the videos so much and also being an avid supporter of the little fish, go it alone labels I thought it worth posting the new vid.

I came across this excellent blog post today by way of a work colleague. It reminded me of a Graphic Designer friend of mine from the dry wit and sarcasm unleashed on the super naive “so-called” entrepeneur who had requested the logo and pie charts originally.

If anything I just like to see rude ignorant people getting told where to go, but then who doesn’t?
